Emotional Intelligence During Covid-19 Workshop

We all have different personalities, different wants and needs, and different ways of showing our emotions. Emotional Intelligence (EI) reflects our ability to deal successfully with emotions. How well we deal with our emotions governs how we manage ourselves and our relationships. Emotional Intelligence (EI) – our ability to identify, use and manage emotions well – is at the heart of leadership, productivity, wellbeing and effective collaboration in the workplace and everyday life.
