Return to Work Covid-19 Management Strategies Webinar 3 CPD Points

The country is lifting shutdown orders and employees are slowly returning to their workplaces. But you can’t just swing the doors open. Every process in your organization needs to be rethought, because each step carries huge potential safety and legal risks. As organizations move from respond to thrive, there will be a need and opportunity to examine how work is designed, structures are organized, and teams collaborate. When we first started learning about COVID-19, organizations had to make some fast decisions. That’s okay. And there are organizations that are still trying to figure it all out on some level. That may be okay too. But it coauld be very detrimental to employees and businesses if they are opened fully without a plan. This three days training will cover the principals and methods of return-to-work best practices during the COVID-19 pandemic and answer how should the organization adjust their schedules and facility and what if employees want to continue working remotely what should be done and finally what’s the liability of an organization if the worker gets sick.
